Gianna Basile

As a seasoned attorney with a focus on employment and technology law, I've successfully founded and steered a law firm that bridges these two pivotal sectors. My comprehensive experience encompasses counseling a diverse range of clients, from employees and law enforcement agencies to schools and businesses, guiding them through the intricate maze of employment law.

In my practice, I serve as a trusted representative for both private and public sector employees throughout Illinois, adeptly managing all facets of labor relations and employment actions. My proven track record showcases my proficiency in handling an array of labor and employment actions, administrative hearings, and state and federal civil litigation. Skilled in offering strategic advice, counseling, and representation across a wide array of employment matters, I position myself not merely as an attorney, but as a strategic ally in the legal journey.
